I would say, send them a polite message trying to assertain why they hadn't posted (i.e. questionaire about the board or something) after 90 days. Then if they don't answer or post within a month of that, I would delete. Mainly I think you should use this for people who have registered but never posted at all. Some people just don't have regular access to the net, or who knows whats keeping them away, but it would suck if someone came back thinking they could finaly get in on the convo, but thier account was deleted.

I agree.....a friendly message could be sent to each member. In order to maintain their membership, the member could reply to the email or post in a designated thread.
It's not really that big of a deal to me, it looks "cooler" to have more members signed up.....but we need to do something to encourage existing members to use the forums at least once in a while....

I like the Golden Girls - so I vote for Sweet Bea, but, I say leave them be. Sometimes people completely forget about forums until they are really:
A-Bored at 3 am B-Bored of porn at 3 am C-Drunk at 3 am
Either way, they will eventually post again.
